13. Leaders wire the joint.
Okay today’s post is going to be really short. Read rule number 10 and rule number 12 again.
Bottom line is leaders understand the complex pattern of relationships that exist in their environment and know how to tap them to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
Challenge: Seek out someone in your organization in a leadership role and get to know them. Find out about who they go to to get things done. How do they tap their network to get a difficult order, get past roadblocks achieve a goal.
