7. Leaders deliver.There is an old leadership saying that if you turn around and there is no one following you, you might not be a leader. There is another equally important concept that says if you are not leading your team to accomplish the goals of your enterprise you are not a leader. Right up there after being trustworthy and capable, followers want to work with a leader who has a record of getting things done. Otherwise you are a dreamer not a leader
Challenge: Get yourself a win or two! Go join a local not for profit and help them achieve a goal. Be on the front lines of their process. Do not seek glory, seek accomplishment for a worthy cause.
