Sorry everyone, I took a short hiatus to get my stuff in order. Translation: I have been fully engaged in leading my own team and had limited time to invest in the development of others. It is the reality of leadership that priorities change with circumstance and we must be capable of adapting. In my case I was offered (and accepted) a significant leadership charge. this required a substantial investment in my team and in the development and implementation of new strategy to ensure organizational effectiveness.
As I said though I am back. Lets get back to the work at hand developing leaders…
