Well the question over at Linked In has been up now for 6 days and received 24 answers. This is a healthy response rate, not high but healthy. In my experience most questions that interest me at Linked In get 20-40 responses. There is quite a variety of perspectives represented from the leaders are born so all you can do is hone through to full blown development programs. We will be blogging about the responses over the next few week. I still want to encourage you to either comment below or on the Linked In page.
