Integrity / honesty?… Yes thats it!
Don’t take my word for it check out one of the best leadership books written The Leadership Challenge by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. Their research has shown culture after culture, year after year this is the most highly related leadership ability.
I have always believed that leadership is about relationship. Is not relationship a trust based event?
